DNA Trio Paternity Test - is a kit for testing the paternity match for child and alleged father.  Testing for an additional child is 160.00$ each.  Testing is done through our American Blood Bank certified forensics laboratory through (PCR) polymerase chain reaction DNA analysis.

•Kit Contents:  1)  Information Form (must be completed and sent with kit contents.  2)  4 sterile polyester swabs for each person tested with dedicated envelope.  3)  Detailed instruction guide.  4) Prepaid Stamped Envelope.

•Easy to follow instructions:  Simply fill out envelope number 1, obtain DNA sample by rubbing the polyester swab on the inside of the child's mouth (two swabs for each cheek - rub and rotate for 30 seconds each), and place each swab into envelope and seal (do not return to original wrapper).  Repeat same steps for alleged father.

Non-Central Oregon Residents:  This kit is for one "curiosity" DNA paternity test.  This test will not stand up in a court of law and serves as a test for curiosity purposes only.

Central Oregon Residents:  Please Call 541-977-5337 to schedule your Legal Chain of Custody DNA Paternity Test.  We will come to your home, lawyers office or location that is most convenient for you to perform this non-invasive test.  Child and alleged father must both be present.  We will complete all collection information and perform each DNA test and transport to testing facility.  A picture will be obtained of each person tested for documentation purposes. *Chain of custody fee plus the test is $299.00.  We accept checks for this service but must clear bank prior to report issuance.  We will also travel to other Oregon cities at an additional cost.
